Job Summary
The Interventional Radiology Clinical (INTRA CL) technologist is based in the healthcare setting and performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures. This role involves working closely with vascular physicians to ensure accurate imaging and diagnosis, following established policies and standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Graduate from an accredited institution; ARDMS registration (or registered within 90 days of hire) with RVT (preferred) or CCI certification with RVS; minimum of two years experience under a qualified vascular physician or vascular laboratory is preferred; 15 hours of CME every three years as per IAC standards; no minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Performs diagnostic vascular examinations per physician order, operates laboratory and imaging equipment safely, transports and positions patients appropriately, and assists physicians with vascular procedures. Maintains compliance with IAC standards, participates in patient safety and quality initiatives, and supports departmental safety and disinfection protocols. A stable knowledge of interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills is required, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Submission Requirements: Must be eligible and prepared to complete all required certifications and educational updates to continue meeting professional standards.
