• Certification and Education: Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an Accredited School, CAPTE Certified, active license in the state of practice, CPR Certification
• Experience: 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience required
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, ensuring documentation accuracy, and participating in educational activities for students.
• Adheres to safety protocols and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Candidate must maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete all state-mandated continuing education.
• Additional responsibilities include participation in staff meetings, feedback provision, and supporting a positive learning environment for students.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
