Job Details

Location: Portland, ME
Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health
Schedule: Days shift, hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, includes some weekends with compensatory days, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid Maine Physical Therapy License, BLS/CPR certification, Education modules as specified by the organization
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive physical therapy care to home health patients, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
Certifications and Education: Current Maine Physical Therapy License and BLS/CPR certification
