Xray Technologist Location: [Undisclosed]
This position involves providing radiologic imaging services in a healthcare setting. The role requires operating radiology equipment and ensuring quality imaging for diagnostic purposes, with a focus on patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 7.5 hours per shift, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Work shifts are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, including every other weekend or every weekend, with potential for workday consolidation during the week.
- Required Qualifications: Completion of an appropriate training program for Radiologic Technologist, current certification and registration as a Radiology Technician issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and a valid license issued by the NY State Department of Health (NYSDOH).
- Preferred Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Responsibilities include performing general radiography procedures, ensuring accurate imaging, and maintaining safety standards.
