Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; location in Cleveland, OH; Start date of 10/26/2026; End date of 01/25/2027; Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Participates in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation according to department policies.
• Supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students in applying therapeutic techniques.
• Engages in discharge planning, patient and family education, and equipment recommendations.
• Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Completes all necessary documentation, including treatment notes and discharge summaries, in a timely manner.
• Promotes safety awareness by following all facility guidelines related to infection control, patient handling, and hazard reporting.
• Attends team conferences and actively collaborates with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
