Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school; active license for the state; CPR certification; 6 months to 1+ year outpatient clinical experience; no minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Performs comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients, creates treatment plans, and documents patient progress accurately and timely.
• Ensures all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and insurance guidelines.
• Participates in student programs, providing supervision and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements.
• Applies organizational performance improvement processes to enhance quality of care.
• Demonstrates proficiency in hand therapy, splinting, and outpatient therapy techniques.
• Starts October 26, 2026, for a duration through January 25, 2027.
