Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Home Health) Location unspecified. This role involves providing skilled physical therapy services within a home health setting. The position offers flexible scheduling with options for 10-hour shifts or a four-day workweek, supporting a balanced work-life arrangement.

Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support); valid California state license required
• Education requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist, with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional qualifications include proficiency in evaluation, gait training, patient education, and use of assistive devices, among others
• Responsibilities encompass delivering therapy interventions tailored to adult and geriatric patient populations and managing a patient load of approximately 5 visits per day
• Submission requirements include uploading valid licensure and certifications with expiration dates, along with two references obtained within the past year
• Experience requirement: 1 year minimum as a Home Health Physical Therapist
• Float: Float rotation may be required
