Job Summary
Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) Location unspecified. This role involves providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care within a healthcare facility, including medication preparation, dosing, and patient medication management. The position requires a certified professional licensed in the state, with experience in inpatient or acute care settings preferred.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: PA state license in hand, EPIC Beacon experience, Pyxis, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours daily, 40 hours per week, with requirements to work every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8:00 AM 4:30 PM).
Additional Information: The candidate may care for COVID-19 patients and should be aware that this is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility, requiring notification prior to submission.
Submission Requirements: Must have a PA license, and certification in AHA or ARC.
Certifications: AHA or ARC certifications are required.
