Job Details

• Position Description: Full-time Physical Therapist to work primarily in outpatient care with approximately 5% in long-term care and skilled swing.
• Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist, bachelor's or master's degree in physical therapy, valid state license, and 0 or more years of experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The candidate must be adaptable, open-minded, and capable of treating most patients who visit the facility. Knowledge of a collaborative approach and willingness to engage in team communication are essential.
• Submission Requirements: Qualified candidates must be eligible for licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist.
