Job Details

• Position Description: The Occupational Therapist assesses patient functioning, plans and implements appropriate treatment, and participates in discharge planning and documentation. Supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students, contributes to team efforts, and promotes a safe environment adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, location in Cleveland, OH, 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, start date 11/02/2026 and end date 02/01/2027.
• Additional Information: The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients based on physician orders, develops individualized treatment plans, documents progress, and collaborates effectively with the team. Flexibility in scheduling, participation in team conferences, and proper discharge procedures are essential. The position requires commitment to safety and quality improvement.
