• Required Qualifications: Certification in Occupational Therapy, degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, valid licensure in the state, at least 4 years of experience, and the ability to start by 11/23/2026.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Contract duration is from 11/23/2026 to 02/22/2027. The onboarding minimum requirement is 4 weeks.
