Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Wheat Ridge. Job Details:

• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred; 0 years minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document medical records accurately and timely, ensure care adheres to physician orders and insurance approvals, and participate in student training programs.
• Professional Development: Create individual development plans, pursue continuing education, and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Compliance: Follow all regulatory standards and organizational policies, including safety protocols and performance improvement initiatives.
• Additional Information: The position involves providing diverse, comprehensive outpatient therapy with initial evaluations and safety patients receiving full hour of one-on-one care. Focus on treatment goal progression and collaborative care.
