Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Willingboro. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients within an acute care or long-term acute care hospital setting. Job Details

• Certifications: Valid, current State license; BLS Certification required prior to first shift.
• Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience; LTACH experience preferred.
• Location Requirements: Work location is in Willingboro.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth discharge planning, and managing individual or group therapy sessions.
• Performs timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Participates in student training and professional development activities.
• Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all relevant professional standards and organizational policies.
• Actively engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives and promotes patient and employee safety.
