Job Details

• Position Description: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) at the organizations Northside Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities include delivering respiratory therapy for pediatric patients, operating ventilators such as PB 840 and PB 980, and adhering to unit policies and procedures.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist Registered, with a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Education requirements include a relevant degree or certification in respiratory therapy. Location requirement: St. Petersburg, FL.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate must possess skills in pediatric respiratory care, with preferred experience in intubation and A-line insertions. The role involves working every other weekend and holidays on a rotation basis.
