Job Details

• Certifications/Education/Experience Requirements: Must be a graduate of and have a certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Must be currently credentialed by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board. Must have verification of current instruction in Basic Life Support (BLS). A minimum of two (2) years of outpatient experience is preferred; experience requirement: 0 years.
• Special Demands: Mental: Strong communication skills with employees, physicians, visitors, administration, and the public. Ability to adapt to various job situations involving multiple people and projects, requiring independent judgment. Physical: Ability to operate equipment, perform technical procedures, communicate professionally, and exercise supervision and management skills.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Additional Information: The position involves working in a modern, well-maintained Rehabilitation Gymnasium, providing patient care across diverse settings while adhering to safety and quality standards. Exposure to unpleasant sights, smells, and infectious diseases is possible.
