Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week, for a 13-week contract.
• Required Qualifications: Associate of Science Degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program; current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan; registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care; minimum of 2 years recent Respiratory Therapist experience; current BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Additional Skills: Ability to perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures, maintain accurate patient billing documentation, and document all aspects of patient care.
• Certification & Licensure: Must have a current license as a Respiratory Therapist in Michigan and registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Responsibilities include delivering life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, therapy with medical gases, supervising and delegating tasks to Respiratory Therapists, externs, and students, and accurately documenting patient care details.
