Job Details

• Position: NICU Respiratory Therapist in the NICU
• Certifications: Respiratory Therapist license from the North Dakota State Board of Respiratory Care, Minnesota Board of Medical Practice; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) all prior to start date, obtained through the organizations primary sources and learning systems.
• Qualifications: 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in the RRT specialty.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, providing respiratory care and treatments, documenting all procedures and assessments accurately, assisting physicians, managing respiratory equipment, and transporting infants to and from referral health systems.
• Additional duties involve patient education, communication with caregivers, and maintaining equipment according to standard procedures.
• Submit all required certifications and documentation prior to the start date.
