Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid physical therapy licensure, required degree in physical therapy, at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to work in the specified location.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience.
• Additional Information: This role is focused on outpatient physical therapy services, with no float rotation required. Candidates must be available to start on 12/14/2026, with an end date of 06/12/2027.
