Job Details

• Position Description: This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant and Aides. Activities focus on patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures.
• Required Qualifications: Active Michigan/MI Physical Therapist License; BLS (AHA); Skills checklist pertinent to Physical Therapy current within the last year; Supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years; 0 years experience minimum; Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week; Start date: 11/09/2026; End date: 01/18/2027.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include evaluating patients skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status; developing treatment plans based on assessment data; submitting and updating treatment regimes in coordination with physicians; devising treatment schedules; and educating patients and caregivers.
