Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Critical Access Facility, available in the specified location. Job Details

• Certifications: BLS required
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois license; 1 year of recent experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings; certifications as specified; no minimum experience requirement if applicable.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: Candidates must complete pre-start modules, including orientation, and adhere to compliance procedures. Floating may be required as part of the role.
• Submission Requirements: Candidate SSN and DOB required at submission; must provide 23 interview availability windows; be pre-closed at time of submission; confirm RTO and start date; must work 2 of the 3 major holidays.
