Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Certifications in physical therapy, relevant educational background, state licensure as required, and 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Position Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Required Qualifications: Current state licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist, certifications as applicable, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and familiarity with SNF protocols.
• Additional Information: Float rotation may be required. Candidates should be prepared to start on or after 11/02/2026 and work through 02/01/2027.
