Description

Job Summary

Respiratory Therapist, Respiratory Therapist Registered Pediatric. The position provides respiratory care for pediatric and neonatal patients in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic procedures and assisting with specialized respiratory procedures.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Hawaii respiratory therapist license; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; pediatric and neonatal respiratory therapy experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal intensive care or pediatric intensive care experience.
Schedule: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing electrocardiograms (EKGs), electroencephalograms (EEGs), pulmonary function tests, and blood gas testing, as well as assisting with bronchoscopies and providing respiratory therapy support for pediatric and neonatal patients.
