Job Summary

Respiratory Therapist Registered, RT PEDS, Nashville, TN. This 12-week position supports high-acuity respiratory care within a skilled clinical team. Responsibilities include respiratory assessment, airway management, ventilator support, and emergency response.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required.
Required Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); one year of intensive care unit experience preferred.
Additional Information: Clinical responsibilities include bronchodilator therapy, arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis, airway clearance, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, intubation assistance, patient assessment, high-flow oxygen therapy, patient transport, and code blue response. Required attire includes black, gray, or raspberry scrubs.
