Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts; 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Respiratory Therapist licensure with an Iowa license in hand at submission
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
  • Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult reporting
  • 12 years of experience
  • Neonatal and pediatric respiratory care experience
  • Fully cleared Iowa criminal and child abuse background checks, along with fully cleared county and state background checks, before starting
• Additional Information: The role supports patients ranging from adults and geriatric patients to neonatal and pediatric patients, including possible micro-premature infants and hospice patients. Ventilators and bilevel positive airway pressure equipment are utilized. A 10-panel drug screening, including opiates, is required. Monday or Tuesday start dates are accepted, and the position requires the ability to begin within 710 days of offer acceptance.
