Job Details

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 12 years of outpatient clinical experience; current CPR certification; hand therapy experience; professional licensure in good standing; completion of required state-mandated continuing education.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include evaluating assigned patients; developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans; documenting patient care accurately and promptly; providing therapy services under valid physician orders; educating patients, families, students, and coworkers; supporting student learning when assigned; participating in professional development and performance improvement activities; and adhering to applicable practice acts, regulatory requirements, safety procedures, and professional standards.
