Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Registered with the ARRT in radiography and computed tomography; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only; satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training at an AMA-approved school; minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience in a hospital setting; demonstrated skills in stroke and trauma imaging.
• Schedule: Day-based schedule, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Evening-shift personnel must complete orientation on the day shift and be available for the entire week. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic CT scans, transporting patients when needed, consistently observing universal precautions, using appropriate personal protective equipment, following downtime procedures, completing post-processing procedures, and performing quality-control workstation functions. The position requires proficiency with CT scanners, power injectors, workstations, computers, cross-sectional anatomy, three-dimensional imaging, image evaluation, exposure-factor selection, and patient positioning and transport. Flu vaccination or an approved exemption is required from November 1 through April 1; declinations are not accepted. Black scrubs are required.
