Job Summary

Mammographer, Breast Center, Lafayette, Indiana. The Mammographer performs breast imaging examinations in an outpatient setting and supports the daily workload of the breast center. The role requires proficiency in general breast procedures, valid credentials, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of mammography experience in the United States.
  • Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Valid ISDH technologist license.
  • Proficiency in general breast procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Hologic equipment.
• Additional Information:
  • Outpatient breast imaging environment.
  • Responsible for completing requested imaging examinations in a timely manner.
  • Strong teamwork, motivation, and professional proficiency are expected.
  • Schedule flexibility may be needed to support departmental staffing requirements.
  • Scrubs are required; gray is the designated scrub color.
  • Reporting is to the first-floor radiology area through the north entrance.
