Job Summary

Mammographer Massachusetts. The Mammographer performs screening and diagnostic mammography services across multiple campuses within an acute care setting. The role requires experience with bone density examinations, current licensure and certifications, and completion of at least 200 mammograms within the past two years.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, primarily 7:00 AM3:30 PM, with a possible 11:30 AM8:00 PM shift; 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mammographer
  • Massachusetts license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Certified Mammography Technologist certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current continuing education units (CEUs)
  • Experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Experience with bone density examinations
  • Documentation of at least 200 mammograms completed within the past two years
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing biopsies.
• Additional Information:
  • Services include screening mammography across all campuses and diagnostic mammography at a designated campus.
  • The role may involve working across multiple campuses using consistent imaging equipment.
  • No on-call responsibility is required.
