Description

Job Description: Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09 AM - 05 PM, guaranteed 40 hours per week. Must take admissions independently. Charting: Netsmart. Any color scrubs allowed. Required Qualifications:
Must have at least 02 years of Hospice experience.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
License, Certification, Registration
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
BLS (AHA)
