Description

Shift:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Guaranteed: 40 hours/week Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation
Work Experience:
The pharmacist will verify medication orders, prepare chemotherapy medications, compound hazardous drugs, and collaborate with oncology nurses and providers to support infusion patients in a hospital pharmacy setting. Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience Oncology pharmacy experience required Chemotherapy medication preparation required Hazardous drug compounding experience required Facility 15-bed Critical Access Hospital using Epic EMR with a small collaborative pharmacy team located on the southern Oregon coast Education:
PharmD License:
Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
