Description

Shift:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Guaranteed: 40 hours/week Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation with pharmacy team Work Experience:
Current experience as the pharmacist for an oncology center of a hospital or infusion center. Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience Oncology pharmacy experience required Chemotherapy medication preparation required Hazardous drug compounding experience required Education:
PharmD License:
PharmD required Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
