Description

Shift:
4x10s or 8x5s
Work Experience:
Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities to determine their daily living needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices to enhance function.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers while documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed License: Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of AZ. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
