Description

Shift: 4*10
Work Experience:

Evaluate patients by assessing physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily living, self-care, work, and recreational activities.
Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices, while suggesting home or workplace modifications to enhance independence and safety.
Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

License:
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of OR. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
