Description

Required Qualifications:

Home Health experience - McKesson/Netsmart EMR experience preferred
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person’s needs are met.
Provide occupational therapy care to a broad cross-section of clients living in central Vermont.
Offer education and support to individuals to help them set and reach their goals of care.
Support your clients’ desire to maintain their independence and to live in their own home.

License / Certification:

Vermont OT licensure
General Certifications(ACLS,BLS/BCLS,PALS,NRP);
Rehabilitation Certifications(ASHA,CHT,ACP Training )

Shift Notes:
M-F w/ weekend rotation
