Description

Shift: Rotating Days, could include weekends. 4 10 hour shifts 7am or 11:30am start time

Work Experience:

Medical Lab Technician performs routine and special laboratory assays of patient

specimens in all sections of Clinical Laboratory Medicine to obtain data for use in diagnosis and

treatment of disease. Performs various microscopic, chemical, hematological, immunologic, or

bacteriologic assays according to established standards. Calibrates and operates all instruments and

equipment according to preventive maintenance schedule

Education:

Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology

• American Society for Clinical Pathology - Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

• Successful completion of a supervised one year clinical internship.

License: MLT MT Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
