Description

Job Duties:
Provides compassionate and comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and their families, focusing on comfort, quality of life, and end-of-life support
Key tasks also include monitoring patient conditions, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and documenting care provided.
Must have experience in both Home Health and Hospice. Required Certifications & Licensure:
Must have current Montana RN license.
Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license.
