Description

Job Duties:
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of medical-surgical patients, identifying changes in condition and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Required Certifications & Licensure:
Active CA license, BLS and ACLS required.
