Description

Shift: Days

Work Experience:

Provide accurate, efficient and appropriate pharmaceutical distribution services to patients by properly interpreting physicians’ drug orders and dispensing the appropriate medications.

· Review patient medical and pharmaceutical records and monitors for efficient drug therapy, drug interaction, adverse drug reactions, contraindication, allergies, and sensitivities.

· Develop and demonstrate commitment to the self-directed development of clinical pharmacy practice skills under guidelines of the departmental staff development programs through identification of personal education goals and objectives.

Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy License:
Active pharmacist license in the state of Iowa. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
