Description

Shift: Flex schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday

Work Experience:

Assess and evaluate patients’ abilities and needs – They conduct evaluations to understand a person’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental challenges that affect daily functioning.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans – Based on assessments, they create tailored therapy plans with goals to help patients improve skills needed for daily activities and independence.
Provide therapeutic activities and interventions – They use structured activities, exercises, and adaptive techniques to help patients recover or enhance everyday abilities such as self-care, work, and social participation.
Monitor progress and educate patients/caregivers

License:
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of CA. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
