Description
3-5 years of experience preferred Strong Emergency Department skills are required as well as outstanding customer service and team support expectations. Fast paced department with a high admission rate. Adult community emergency department. Number of Beds/Cases: 16 /25,000 annually Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:3-4 Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Respiratory and Cardiac diseases, Orthopedic. Adult Emergency Care. Minimum trauma or pediatric patients. Line Management Skills Required: IV Insertion; PICC/Central Line Management Cardiac Skills Required: Obtain 12 Lead EKG; Tele Interpretation; Cardioversion/Defibrillation Airway Skills Required: Procedural Sedation; CPAP/BiPAP; Ventilators; Trach Care Behavioral Health Skills: Preferred: Exp. w/Chemical Dependency
