Shift: Days (0700-1730) no weekends

Work Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with patients and families. Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of Oregon. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
