Description

Shift: M-F 8:00-5:00

Work Experience:
Ensuring that patient is progressed to prior level of function or maximum medical improvement per Plan of Care. Performs an appropriate assessment on each patient, as related to the therapy requested and reassessments as per policy. This includes pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and the general patient population. Maintains records pertinent to patient care including progress reports, daily notes, special reports as requested, and supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of CO. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
