Description

Job Description: Make nursing assessments regarding the health status of the residents; make nursing diagnosis which serves as the basis or the strategy of care. Develop a plan of care based on assessment and nursing diagnosis; implement nursing care; and evaluate responses to nursing interventions. Make provisions for outside physician visits to ensure residents’ medical needs are met. Required Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
