Description
Requirements:
- Active RN license in applicable state.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Flexibility to work day shift and rotating weekends/holidays as needed.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of recent nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Prior Critical Care/ICU experience required.
- Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience managing patient flow, staffing coordination, and clinical support responsibilities preferred.
