Description
Shift: 2 x 12hr shifts and 2 x 8 hr shifts, including weekend and call rotation
Work Experience:- Performs procedures or examinations under the order of a licensed medical practitioner for diagnostic interpretation.
- Prepares patient for procedures.
- Provides patient instruction to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.
- Applies principles of magnetic resonance safety to minimize risk to patient, self and others.
- Selects and operates the magnetic resonance system, surface coils, physiologic gating devices, and associated equipment to achieve desired results.
- Positions the patient and equipment to best demonstrate the anatomic area of interest, respecting patient ability, safety and comfort.
ARRT(R ) ARRT(MRI) Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
