Description
Shift: Days
Work Experience:Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and functional mobility.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to reduce pain and promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of TX. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
