- Active state license in Arizona
- Supervisor
- At least 2 references
- Must have an updated a Skills Checklist within the last year
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must live outside 50 mile radius of job
- A physical copy of your education certificate or degree may be reqired for this role.
Description
*Must be a current ICU nurse** We have an immediate need for: ICU Nurse + Call
MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO Med Surg (if needed)
CERTS: ACLS and BLS certs
EMR: Meditech 6.0 experience preferred
Call: Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration
MISC: 3 days cx clause in 13 week contract. There will be an added call requirement with contract. No more then 3 days off RTO requests per contract
