Description

Shift:
Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00) Work Experience:

Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions — Examine patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and movement limitations to identify impairments and functional goals.
Develop individualized treatment plans — Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy — Track patients’ responses to treatment, modify care plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately.
Educate and support patients

Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of OR. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
