Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00) Work Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with patients and families. 1 year(s) as Physical Therapy Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of OR. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
