Description

Shift:
Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Work Experience:

Assess patients’ abilities and needs
Evaluate a person’s physical, cognitive, and psychosocial strengths and limitations to understand how their condition affects daily activities.
Develop and implement treatment plans
Create personalized therapy plans that help patients improve, recover, or adapt skills for daily living, work, school, or play.
Provide therapeutic interventions
Use purposeful activities, adaptive techniques, and assistive equipment to help patients build strength, coordination, and independence.Monitor progress and educate patients/families

License:
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of OR. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
